“I’ve been asked several times why BMW of Tyler is still open. The answer is that the Trump administration has issued guidance that classifies automotive service as essential to keep first responders, grocery store workers, those requiring medical attention such as chemo and dialysis, etc., in reliable transportation. When your brakes go bad, a tire blows out, or your engine starts smoking, our Service Department is here to get you back on the road. When leases run out, cars get totaled, or completely stop working, we will be here to ensure you can still replace your vehicle. That being said, we are extremely serious about your safety, as well as the safety of our team. Our vehicles, loaner cars and facilities are regularly undergoing deep cleaning and sanitization, as recommended by the CDC. I encourage our clients to use our online tools as much as possible in the coming weeks. Whatever you may need, please know that BMW of Tyler is here for you.”
