This was probably the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car. Michael Farmer was awesome and so was the owner Jim Teeter. I did my research on my trade plus the car my wife liked. I went in with numbers down that I wanted to see and also called and spoke to Michael direct to set an appointment. When we arrived Michael let us test drive without him going with us, never mentioned a trade, pulling credit or get paperwork started. Wonderful experience. Came from NY and our BMW had a long trip. It’s our first so we don’t know everything yet. Went to get an oil change and they said it wasn’t needed and don’t want to charge for something we don’t need. Filled it with a quart of oil and washed it for $11 and gave a list of recommended services, all reasonable. Jennifer was great. We went to Keeler BMW in Latham NY and was not as friendly or nice. Also nice waiting area and beverages, very clean.
We have bought one vehicle at BMW of Tyler in the past year and are looking to buy another. Our salesperson is Devin Williams and he is knowledgeable, caring, and low pressure - the total opposite of many other experiences we have had.
