They try. But took car in for service and 20 minutes later it would not start again. They told us that there's no starter part available that Bmw is not making it available for everyone until there's a real issue. The car had stalled on a busy street, it had to be towed to the dealership. When we picked it up 20 minutes later it wouldn't start again. My understanding is that there's a starter recall and BMW doesn't have the part available for everyone. We were told to contact Bmw Customer Service and got nowhere. They charged us for a battery and software update. After the second stall, we were told would need a new fuel pump, which they failed to diagnose previously. Also told that need to call Bmw customer service and try to locate a starter to see if they will release one to me, even though they claim it has nothing to do with the issues. Review from Lauren says that her service advisor Jennifer connected to BMW parts and got her a starter. Even though her issue unrelated even more than oura could possibly be. Our service advisor has tried to help. Service manager has called and offered to remove the labor from the next slew of charges. We do not think that they value their customers. The starter for the safety recall should have been provided, should located one for us. We believe the battery was prematurely drained most likely by issues with the starter recall and also undiagnosed fuel pump. The management would not refund cost of the battery. Even after being stranded on a busy street due to fuel issues. Did their experienced techs not think that maybe there's a fuel pump issue? Batteries don't need to be replaced on cars this relatively young age for no reason. We can take the car anywhere for oil change when take it to the dealership we expect it to be fixed and everything that's wrong with it to be discussed. We have family with the health issues and don't have time to be dealing with this additional stress. They could have compensated me more but they chose not to. That tells me everything need to know. They do not value our business.

I had the pleasure of visiting this dealership for service while traveling across Texas for the easter weekend. I picked up a nail in a tire Friday morning. Fortunately BMW of Tyler had the tire in stock and was able to get us in Saturday morning for replacement. Our service advisor Jennifer was so nice and went above and beyond to help us. It was also nice to chat with Brian in sales about the new models coming out while waiting for the repairs. I’ve owned BMWs for years and have always gone to BMW of Tyler for my annual maintenance, where I’ve consistently had positive experiences. This year, I decided to purchase a used vehicle from them because I trusted the dealership and expected a higher standard than I would from a private seller or a smaller used car lot. However, just two weeks after buying the car, I brought it in for maintenance and was given a list of broken items that needed repair, along with brake replacements totaling nearly $2,000. What was especially disappointing was learning that the vehicle apparently had not been thoroughly inspected or even physically cleaned inside before it was sold and because it wasn’t “BMW Certified” that that’s normal to not be inspected. I understood I was buying a used car, not a new one, but I certainly did not expect to be facing immediate repairs for issues that should have been identified beforehand. Had I known that the vehicle would receive no inspection or preparation before sale, I could have had the same experience buying from Facebook Marketplace or a local used car lot. I chose BMW of Tyler because I expected more from a BMW dealership, and this experience has been extremely disappointing.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I had at BMW of Tyler. Aaron McDade was the sales person who helped me get into the BMW of my dreams. I've been meaning to submit a review for a while. When I purchased my car back in May 2025, my salesman was Toni. He was very knowledgeable, he knows every little detail about a BMW you can imagine. He was fun to interact with and helpful getting the sale completed. He made sure all of my settings were updated for my preferences and delivered the vehicle that same day. He even noted my birthday and texted me that day 🙂 Really above and beyond. He has definitely earned a lifelong customer here. Fast forward a month and the (shark fin) malfunctioned. The sales team/management team worked together and came up with a solution to get that covered and replaced for me at no cost. To say I am grateful is an understatement and I cannot convey the amount of appreciation I have for that. A couple of months later, my driver window wouldn't automate and I took the car in again. There happened to be a starter recall but they said they didn't have parts in yet. My service Advisor, Jennifer, connected with parts and located a starter. She made sure that they replaced that starter and corrected the window issue in one trip for me! Again, I was very grateful and appreciated that she made sure I got taken care of. I have been very pleased with my interactions with BMW Tyler and everyone that has assisted me.

Overall I like this dealership but im kinda bummed I can’t use Amex and it wasn’t clear to me until after I got a new set of tires.

First time owning a BMW. Bought it used and had a recall. Took to BMW Tyler and Melissa in the service department took care of me. She was awesome to deal with and very professional. Made some recommendations on service but not pushy about getting them done. Overall great experience and will be returning.

Purchased our first BMW Z4M from Toni and it was a remarkable experience. We live out of town and did the deal by phone. No haggling with numbers they were good the first time. Purchased a used vehicle here / traded in a vehicle. Was able to communicate all of the sale over phone. Peyton our salesman was very accommodating and extremely helpful. These folks are very customer service focused. After hitting a gutter/curb in my car, I drove straight to the dealership because my tire was losing air quickly. I pulled in at 4:40 and the new tire was put on by 6pm. I had an event to go to that evening so they let me take a loaner over the weekend, at no cost, and pick up my car Monday morning. I recommend them to anyone looking to invest into the BMW space. 🙂

My wife and I bought a new X5 from Tyler BMW. TR was a great salesman and gave us a very fair deal. This was our first purchase of a car from them. She loves the car but I noticed a slight fit problem on the rear fascia. We took it in to get repaired, and I won't go into details but it was much more of a problem than we first suspected. Brad Murphy the Service Advisor really stepped up and made this experience with Tyler BMW one that has sold us on the dealership. These guys are good at what they do. Unfortunately you don't seem to see great service like that very often today. But these guys deliver.

I flew out and bought a 2020 M340i from them and the buying experience was like no other dealership I've been to. It truly felt like home. My salesman, Patrick, was a real stand up guy and gave me superb information about the car I was buying. The owner, Jim, also greeted us with open arms and was really appreciative for taking a flight to buy a car from them. Rhonda also was very informative and answered all my loan and warranty questions. There were a couple of issues I've ran into with the car but Jim and Patrick were understanding and were able to reimburse and fix all the issues I ran into. TLDR: Astonishing buying experience and very friendly buying experience. Issues I ran into were resolved completely and handled perfectly. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family looking for BMWs.

Amazing process from start to finish, extremely happy with the car, extremely happy with how I was treated, great price, very very nice staff!

What a great experience today with getting my ‘24 X7 serviced! Melissa Blake was and will be from now on, my service advisor! This is my first BMW and she spent time today educating me on things that were very valuable and will help to save me money going forward. Melissa is very knowledgeable and really seemed to care about taking care of me. On top of all of this she is just very pleasant to work with. I’m in Dallas several days a week and then home which is in Holly Lake near Hawkins. I had already planned to have my service done at Sewell BMW in Plano but Melissa won me over today, so I’ll be going to BMW of Tyler from this point forward! Thank you Melissa! Great Job!

BMW of Tyler is the only dealer my family will work with moving forward thanks to the amazing support of Travis Hartsfield (Sales) and Melissa Blake (Service). We have purchased two vehicles from BMW of Tyler, a BMW and an F150. Travis was great to work with. He remembered us a year later when we came back looking for a second car and even remembered details like where I went to school. Even though we were buying used, the treatment was the same as if we were buying the most expensive new BMW on the lot. We were about 40 min away from home driving to south Tyler and our BMW was struggling. I made a detour to the dealership frazzled as I had my wife and new baby in the car. We obviously did not have an appointment but Melissa made sure we had a loaner to get home safely which was not expected on a weekend without an appointment. With a new baby, I was apprehensive about the repair costs at the BMW service center. The service tech was very thorough, sending us videos of everything he inspected and explaining his recommendations instead of just telling us what they need to replace and how much. They provided all recommendations but the Tech and Melissa let me know exactly what was needed for safe driving and what was recommended but not necessary at this time. Not only do I appreciate the transparency, the prices for repair were way more reasonable than I had previously feared. If all dealerships operated like BMW of Tyler, the industry would be in a much better place.

BMW of Tyler provided a fantastic purchasing experience throughout the entire process when I bought my 540i CPO from them. The Sales Rep, Kayla was incredibly responsive to my questions, transparent and provided me all the information I needed to feel comfortable when purchasing. But what really sets this dealership apart, is they cared about me as a customer even after the purchase. When I was driving home, I noticed a rattle in the rear. I reached out to the service team and was directed to the service advisor Jennifer, who let me know a loaner would be available to me and that they would take care of me. And they did just that! They fixed the rear rattle, and one I found in the front of the passenger window when driving as well. Within a week, all the work was done and I am made whole. What a fantastic customer service experience from people who really care. 5* Dealership all around. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience in my most recent purchase my used vehicle from BMW of Tyler! My family had purchased a vehicle here 20 years ago and had a pleasant experience. We still chat about it! It was refreshing to come back yesterday and have another pleasant experience. Our salesperson TR took the time to listen to our needs and provided a no hassle, clear and prompt service. We just traded our car for another pre-owned car at this dealership. The rep we dealt with was Aaron. I just wanted to say that even though we bought an used vehicle, we were treated like we were buying a new car. Aaron was so kind and respectful toward us. Apparently, BMW of Tyler, has a policy of treating ALL customers as if they were purchasing a $100,000.00 car! Thank you for the great experience!

I had the opportunity to work with Aaron Mcdade at BMW while building and ordering my X4! The buying experience absolutely amazing, thanks to Aaron. He communicated frequently during the building phase, keeping us updated on when to expect the car, which was greatly appreciated. When the vehicle came in, he went above and beyond to deliver the car an hour away from the store! The process from beginning to end was painless. Very stressful time when our BMW had a wreck and I have never had to go through the process of dealing with insurance. Jennifer Arcigia, in the service department was amazing! She took the time to explain every detail of what was needed and why and also helped me tremendously with the insurance people who were not wanting to do the right thing. She is knowledgeable and very good at her job. Car is back and driving even better than before.

Absolutely loved my experience at BMW of Tyler! My salesman was Aaron McDade and he took amazing care of me! I purchased my first BMW and was blown away at not only the badass car I got but the customer service that I experienced throughout the entire process was first class! The owner was present and hands on with my car deal, finance was very personable and service was hilarious!! Love my car and extremely glad that I purchased with Aaron and his team!

Live in St Louis. Was traveling to College Station on May 26 and lost rear tire on my X3. Was able to get to dealership about 450 pm. Was met at door by Cooper Smith. He was super helpful and fortunately had tires and he got us right in. He kept up updated and we were back on the road by 6 pm. Being out of state was great relief to be treated so well !
